* Compensation for the Executive Directors is independently reviewed and based on analysis of comparable data obtained from industry resources, publicly disclosed 990s, and peer organizations. Review and approvals are documented by the Board of Directors or delegated committees. A similar procedure is followed for all other officers and key employees.
